Actress Keri Russell, perhaps best known for her role on the 90s hit Felicity is back on television this season with a new sitcom, Running Wilde. The actress sat down with Parade magazine and said while she wasn’t looking to get back into the small screen, she couldn’t pass up an opportunity to work with Mitchell Hurwitz, creator of Arrested Development.
The hardest part about this new role, Keri says, is having to balance her busy work schedule with spending time with her three-year-old son River. She almost didn’t get to walk him into his first day of school, but luckily, did not have to work that day. Still, she says, “But of course it’s hard. But it’s hard for my lawyer friends and advertising friends, too. You just have to make time.” Keri did say that River comes to visit her on set, and even gets to play with co-star Will Arnett’s two little boys!
