Sarah Jessica Parker and her 7-year-old son James were spotted leaving their home in New York City on Wednesday morning (September 29).
Parker, who usually walks James to school, opted to take their silver Toyota Prius instead today.
The 45-year-old actress was last seen yesterday taking 15-month-old twins Loretta and Tabitha to a doctor's appointment.
Parker has admitted it's been a challenge having a busy career while juggling family life.
"It's the eternal conflict of every working woman. And I'm not complaining because I've done this to myself. The great challenge for me is to be all things to all people."

Do we really need to see photos of these two every day? Yes, it was nice to see SJP with the twins but that's a rarity. This is every day.
Um I think we see more of violet and Jennifer. There are so many pictures of Jennifer and violet every single day. Personally I want to see more picture of dannilynn we hardly see pictures of her.
