Pop princess Britney Spears took her 4-year-old son Jayden James to a children’s fitness center in Calabasas, Calif. today (September 30). Big brother Sean Preston, 5, was not spotted with the mother-son duo.
Earlier in the day, a Los Angeles judge ruled that the 28-year-old singer is still under a conservatorship, TMZ reports.
After her January 2008 meltdown, Brit has been under two conservatorships – one for her financial decisions and another for her life decisions. Both are overseen by her father Jamie Spears. Reportedly, Britney has been given increasingly more say with regard to herself and her two sons.
The boys’ father is Britney’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline.
