Hands-on mom Marcia Cross was on the school run again today, picking up her twins Savannah (striped shirt) and Eden, 3, after class in Santa Monica, California today (October 26). Such cute girls!

Earlier this week the Desperate Housewives star and her daughters hit Mr. Bones, the pumpkin patch of the stars, to pick out a couple of perfect pumpkins.

Marcia is married to stockbroker Tom Mahoney - the pair celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary earlier this year.
