On a warm Southern California day, Britney Spears and her adorable 4-year-old son Jayden James cooled down with a sweet treat from Menchie's in Calabasas on Sunday (November 14). Later that same day, the mother-son duo were seen on a special shopping trip to Toys 'R Us in Woodland Hills.
Yesterday, we spotted Brit and her elder son, Sean Preston, 5, also enjoying some one-on-one time at Menchie's.
The boys' father is Britney's ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

Wow, someone should tell that photographer to take the same number of photos of each child. Sad really - deciding levels of affection by random pictures.
And of course, that's got nothing to do with the fact that both Britney and Sean are holding a cup of ice-cream, which might make carrying a five-year-old a bit difficult...

Brits kids are adorable! She does seem to hold Jayden more often, maybe because Sean is older? Both kids do seem really happy unlike some other celeb kids such as, Sam Sheen and Suri Cruise!

Sean wasn't with them. Britney took each of them on their own "date" with mom. Britney did hold sean the other day in on pic, but apparently he didn't want to be held. Plus, in a video jayden was walking but he started to drag behind and britney saw the paps, so she picked him up.
Even when they are with dad, Jayden is often held by him or someone else. Sean just may be more independent.
She seems so much happier with jayden... Poor little Sean, it's like she was unhappy to do something with him! Jayden is definitly her favourite child even if i'm sure that she loves both of her kids but she is more crazy about jayden
