Update: Stella McCartney and her husband Alasdhair Willis have welcomed their fourth child, E! confirms.
The 39-year-old fashion designer welcomed daughter Reiley on Tuesday (November 23). The new addition weighed in at 8 lbs. Congrats to the McCartney-Willis family!

Congratulations may be in order for Stella McCartney and her husband Alasdhair Willis - it's being reported that they've welcomed their fourth child!
Though the news has yet to be confirmed, sources are reporting that the designer mom underwent an emergency c-section earlier this week. Both mom and baby are said to be doing fine.
Stella and her husband, who announced the pregnancy in June, are also parents to Miller, 5, Bailey, 3, and Beckett, 2.

I just read at !hola!'s website that she had an emergency c-section on Nov. 23 but it didn't state what sex the baby is.
she probably had the emergency C-section because she had a scare at some point during the pregnancy. and not revealing the sex right away isn't a big deal as long as both she and the baby are healthy. the full details will come out in due time
It's hard to say why she had an emergency c-section. Accrding to reports, she went into labor Nov. 23 and they decided to do a c-section so I don't think it was planned and usually the sex is known by now as it has been five days, but she might be more private.
I ended up with an emergency c-section and my entire pregnancy was normal. I had issues during the delivery, but the pregnancy itself was uneventful. So, it's possible that her pregnancy was just fine.
