Owen Wilson and his girlfriend Jade Duell are the proud parents of son Robert Ford Wilson, born in Hawaii last Friday.
A rep for the Wedding Crashers star confirmed the name today, adding that the baby was named after Owen’s father.
Though there’s been no official confirmation, it’s being reported that Jade, 28, opted for a natural water birth at home.
A source close to the 42-year-old actor tells Star, “Owen and Jade are thrilled! Owen has been doing a celebratory hula dance all afternoon!”
Wise move. He was originally going to give the baby the first name of “Ford”…..Robert is SO much better for a first name than sticking him with the name of a car company known the world over.
