Nicole Kidman Loves Having A Musical Family

Nicole Kidman has her fingers crossed that 2 ½-year-old Sunday Rose will follow is daddy Keith Urban’s musical footsteps.

“I’m very comfortable listening. I would love it if Sunday Rose would learn an instrument and sing a bit because I love having music in the house,” says the 43-year-old Dogville actress.

She certainly sits at the piano at the moment, that was her Christmas present, a pink piano. She sits down and thumps away and sings Jingle Bells.

In December, Sunday’s country rocker father opened up about his daughter’s blossoming musical talents: “She sings all the time. We have a piano in the house We sit around the piano and play.”

He also shared his thoughts about Sunday entering the music business someday: “If it’s sort of a natural thing for her. And I think it’s got to be a passion. If she’s passionate about it, then absolutely.”

Nicole and Keith, who were married in 2006, are also parents to 5 ½-week-old Faith Margaret who was welcomed secretly via surrogate just after Christmas.
