Brendan Fehr Welcomes Baby No. 2: Ellison Jane!

Congratulations to CSI star Brendan Fehr and wife Jennifer Rowley!

The happy couple welcomed daughter Ellison Jane on January 23 at 10:01 A.M., his rep confirms exclusively with Celebrity Baby Scoop. Baby Ellison weighed in at 8 lbs., 6 oz. "and both mama and baby are healthy," his rep states.

The Canadian actor recently opened up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about the woes of late pregnancy.

In terms of romance, it's definitely something that suffers. Obviously right now, she's 9 1/2 months pregnant so there's not too much romance. It's not always going to be sparks, but we know it will turn around."

The couple are already parents to daughter James, 3 in March.

I think Ellison works well as a girl's name - obvious nicknames being Elle or Ellie. It's similar to Madison or Addison and no one thinks of those as boy's names...well I don't. =)

As for James, people have been co-opting boys' names for girls for decades and once it reaches a certain point of popularity (Kim, Ashley, etc.) the name almost completely dies for boys.

I doubt that will happen to James, though! (Maybe by 2050 I will be wrong and James will be almost exclusively for girls...)
