Yes, the baby should be able to breathe just fine. They lay their head against dad and have their nose and mouth open to one side to get air. As long as the baby is paid attention too and checked it is great. And he is wearing his coat correctly too. Open to let air in. So glad to see a good baby carrier instead of those stupid crotch dangler bjorn style. Go Baby wearing Dads!
