Charlie Sheen could be “winning” after all. The custody agreement between the actor and estranged wife Brooke Mueller has been revealed.
According to TMZ, Charlie will be getting 2-year-old twins Max and Bob every other weekend from Saturday morning until Sunday night for the first two months.
Visitation will then increase with the boys staying every other weekend from Saturday morning until Monday morning. After four months the actor will also get them on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
For the agreement to stick, both Charlie and Brooke will have to submit random drug testing three times a month and have their nannies with them at all times when they have the kids. The boys also can’t be photographed with any romantic partners.
This is good news for Charlie as he will have less to worry about on his comedy tour, My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option.
