Designer Stacey Bendet Welcomes Daughter No. 2: Scarlet Haven!
| Apr 11, 2011 by SHAYLA PERRY |

Congratulations to Stacey Bendet!
People reports that the alice + olivia designer and hubby Eric Eisner welcomed their second child, Scarlet Haven Eisner, via C-section on Friday, April 8 in New York City.
Baby Scarlet weighed 8 lbs., 9 oz. at birth, and joins big sis Eloise Breckenridge, 2.
Of course, Bendet wouldn't bring her little girl into the world without a few essentials...
"I am definitely the only maternity ward woman in hot pink Louboutin flip flops and a custom neon and black lace alice + olivia kimono robe," the 32-year-old designer tweeted from the hospital.
Mom and baby arrived home today (April 11).

congrats to Stacey Scarlett Haven is a lovely name.
Really? Haven?
Wonder why it was necessary to include "by c-section" in the press release? How a baby makes its entrance into the world is irrelevant. I can understand why someone would make the distinction between a newly adopted child and a natural child, but c-section vs. vaginal birth, who cares?
