Proud mama Kelly Preston was seen toting her adorable 4-month-old son Benjamin in New York City yesterday (April 11). The 48-year-old actress cradled her bundle of joy as she headed into a Manhattan hotel, while her husband, Grease star John Travolta, was interviewed by radio host Ryan Seacrest.
The night before Kelly and John attended the 9th Annual TV Land Awards at the Javits Center in the Big Apple. John received the 35th Anniversary Award along with his Welcome Back Kotter cast. The 57-year-old actor played Vincent ‘Vinnie’ Barbarino in the classic ’70s sitcom.
On Saturday night, the Travoltas enjoyed a quiet dinner at Max Brenner’s restaurant with their 11-year-old daughter Ella Bleu.
Geez some of you are so annoying. When it’s not the clothes or the hairdo, now the carseat. Celebs are really “horrible” parents omg!
Cabos, don’t be so sensitive. The majority or at least a signficant portion of the viewers on this web site are parents and as parents we pay close attention to things that affect the health and safety of our children. It just so happens that the unsafe (?) carseat in question is being used by a celeb – no one is attacking Kelly personally.
I agree with you that it is rather petty to criticize someone for their clothes or hair e.g. someone’s hair is “last year’s style” or their skirt is not the right length.
Where is the bottom to the car seat??????? That is so wrong. But the kid is not really safe, but cute:)
At least they’re using a carseat—- is it optional in NYC or is that only in cabs and other “public vehicles” (limos, buses, etc.)
I’m not sure. Good question. I would say the laws are probably all the same but for people who do not have their own public transportation I guess having a carseat is pretty inconvenient so it’s probably acceptable for them to place baby/child on lap in the back.
I don’t have a problem with the look of the car seat, but I wish it was strapped to the MIDDLE seat. It’s SO much safer than putting it by a window seat.
