Selma Blair, who is expecting her first child this summer, is one chic mom-to-be. And the busy actress recently stepped into some fashionable duds for a good cause – the H&M Fashion Against AIDs collection. The actress was joined in the campaign by a host other celebs including Nikki Reed, Penn Badgley, Ginnifer Goodwin and Akon.
“When I was growing up, I thought we were all going to get AIDs,” says Selma. “It was this big scary disease, but then it seems like people forgot about it.”
The collection was created to help raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS projects around the world, and 25% of the sales will be donated once the collection goes on sale in stores starting April 26th.
Selma says she particularly likes that the line is unisex. “I think it’s really fitting that this line is androgynous,” she says. “The disease affects men and women. It’s a universal thing.”
