Little Sparrow Madden, 1, was spotted with his nanny at Joan’s On Third in Los Angeles, Calif. today (May 19). Parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden and big sis Harlow, 3, weren’t with them but maybe Sparrow wanted it that way – a dude needs his space.
Sparrow is sporting his favorite cap, and in a hat tip to dad has it tilted just like Joel wears it.
The father-son duo were spotted out last week during a shopping trip to the Apple store wearing – you guessed it – caps tilted just so.

OMG!Sparrow is a handsome little boy! He looks a lot like dad Joel. I can also see the similarity between Sparrow and Harlow. I love his hat. This little dude will break many hearts when he grows up.

Pretty sure interview was referring to using Nannies when they are with kids… As you notice he is with nanny but not parents in above pictures.
