Italian model Elisabetta Gregoraci sported an itsy bitsy polka dot bikini alongside her 1-year-old son Falco in Saint Tropez, France on Tuesday (May 24). The mother-son duo enjoyed the sand and surf on a gorgeous sunny day.

Papa, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, was not spotted with the playful pair. Flavio is the biological father of Heidi Klum's 7-year-old daughter, Leni, who was recently adopted by her husband Seal.

We just spotted the Gregoraci-Briatores enjoying the sights and scenes of Rome last month.
