Camille Grammer Files For Sole Custody

Camille Grammer is fighting back!

Just weeks after ex, Kelsey Grammer, 56, filed for primary custody of the estranged couple's two children, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has filed her own petition with the court.

In the documents, Camille and her attorney allege that the actor's filing was "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage her," and that he acted "in bad faith."

Camille also adds that she and Kelsey have been unable to agree on summer custody arrangements. According to the reality TV star, their son, Jude, who has already repeated kindergarten twice, is currently working with tutors in an effort to move on to the first grade this fall, which she feels will require him to complete a summer math program in L.A.

She adds that daughter, Mason, also has plans for the summer that would be affected by the arrangement Kelsey has asked for, with each of them getting one month with the kids while they're off from school.

Sources close to Camille tell TMZ that Kelsey is only interested in getting custody of his son, but the former Fraiser star's attorney, Lance Spiegel shot down those claims, telling the website, "Their statement is inaccurate, as indicated by our papers filed with the court today. Kelsey's priority is to protect both of his children and he will not make further comment, except that their statement is inaccurate."
