Olympic Swimmer Megan Jendrick Expecting First Child

Congratulations are in order for Olympic swimmer Megan Jendrick and her husband, author Nathan Jendrick!

The happy couple are expecting their first child - a boy - this October. The mom-to-be took to Twitter to announce the exciting news: "Just found out Nathan and I are having a little boy... October can't come soon enough :)"

The 27-year-old swimmer won two gold medals at the 2000 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

The couple were wed in December 2004.
