Kingston & Zuma Rossdale: Sleepy Sweeties

Kingston & Zuma Rossdale: Sleepy Sweeties

Kingston, 5, and Zuma Rossdale, 2, were spotted with their nanny leaving Color Me Mine in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Tuesday (June 21). Spending time at the pottery studio must have took a lot of their energy. The boys looked a bit tired heading out.

Noticeable is Zuma’s cast. The toddler broke his arm after falling from the kitchen counter at the family home weeks ago.

Right after the incident Gavin Rossdale explained what had happened to People magazine.

It was one of those freak events. He fell. A freak accident. He’s fine now. The kids are never alone, and you turn your back, and it takes a split second. It’s almost worse for us. It was one of the worst nights of our lives.”

Every time we see pictures of Kingston and Zuma. A nanny is always with the boys.

They seem to rotate between 3 different nannies, but at least in this case, the parents don’t seem to be with them. It’s a bit ridiculous to bring nannies along to the playground, restaurant, etc. when Gwen and her husband are there, but they do it all the time.

That’s a little bizarre even if you have the $, IMHO. I totally get the idea of having a nanny when you are out working, but when you are out with your (2!!!) kids and husband, why do you need other people along to assist (unless of course your kids are special needs or you have a lot of them like Angelina or Heidi Klum).

A least its 1 nanny and she seems to be doing fine on her own without extra help.

LOL – you are right, she is doing fine on her own. Funny how Gwen can’t seem to manage her 2 kids on her own, even when her husband is with her!!!

It’s not uncommon for nannies to become like a part of the family. Yeah obviously when both parents are there they’re not needed, like if they go out to dinner or something- but I’m sure they would just invite them and bring them a long because they want them to be a part of whatever they’re doing. Nannies become a lot more then just someone that works for them.

Amazing that the nanny can handle two kids on her own, but the parents need help when they are with the kids

I bet if all of the above morons had the money Gwen had, they’d all have nannies too. People, get a life and don’t let Gwen’s life interefere with your own and grow up while you’re at it.

Applause for your comments! LOL You nailed it! Gwen as well as Gavin have fans who at anytime may walk up to them, if for their fanbase they chose to interact with fans, the nannies could protect the kids.
The nanny is not going to be harassed by fans, just those trying to get pictures to sell of those boys!

Money, money, money, that’s what life’s all about, right? Like many others on this site, I actually have a nanny myself, Anonymous and guess what – I’m not rich, just a “working stiff” (equity research analyst) like everyone else.

There’s a difference between hiring someone to look after your kids when you work vs. needing them 24/7 even when you are around. Gwen is the laziest celebrity I’ve ever come across. Why have kids if you outsource your responsibilities as a parent. Take a lesson or 2 from the likes of Jen Garner or Naomi Watts.

They haven’t a nanny with them all the time!
They went to a restaurent few days ago and they were only Gwen and Gavin with the boys.

Isolated incident – more often than not they have at least one nanny with them and man, she earns every penny they give her. One time – I think they were in the UK – Gwen’s husband stood by and let the nanny haul a stroller up the steps to their home.
