Giuliana & Bill Rancic Are Enjoying Their "Year Of Fun"

The couple has had babies on the brain for quite some time now, but after a number of infertility treatments and having suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage, E!'s Giuliana Rancic says that she and hubby, Bill, have decided to put their pregnancy plans on hold to concentrate on having fun.

"[Having a baby is] always in the back of my mind," Giuliana, 35, tells USA Today. "But we're not actively trying.

"Right now is the year of fun," the Giuliana & Bill star adds. "In the first episode, we're talking about [having a baby], and we heard bad news. Bill's like, 'You know what? Let's get back to who we are and have a year of fun.'"

The couple has spent much of 2011 doing "all of the things we couldn't do if we had a baby," like "traveling" and "drinking lots of wine."

Though, at first, it was difficult for her to share her fertility struggles with a TV audience, Giuliana says that doing so has proven to be rewarding.

"This guy came up to me, and he was like, 'Oh, I just want to thank you and your husband. You inspire my wife. She's going through IVF, and we know we're not alone,'" recalls Rancic. "It's really nice [to inspire others]," she adds. "[And it's nice] that we can use our profiles to talk about it and make people feel better about themselves.
