Halle Berry took her beautiful daughter Nahla, 3, shopping to a mall in Century City, Calif. on Tuesday (July 26). The actress made sure that an ice cream cone figured into their day.
Nothing like a little retail therapy to get your mind off of things – Halle has been dealing with a stalker who was recently arrested after repeatedly trespassing on the actress’ property and breaking into a guest house.
“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have…I am extremely frightened,” the X-Men star said in court papers. “He has terrorized me and my family.” The perpetrator, Richard Anthony Franco, was charged on Wednesday in a Los Angeles court.
