It's A Sunny Day For Jesse James!

West Coast Chopper bad boy Jesse James received some uplifting news this week - an Orange County, Calif. judge awarded him sole custody of his 7-year-old daughter Sunny on Monday (July 25).

The motorcycle magnate, 42, had also announced his split from LA Ink's tattooed head turner Kat Von D the very same day.

James and his ex-wife - adult film actress and exotic dancer - Janine Lindemulder have been engaged in a 7-year-long bitter custody battle over sweet Sunny.

John Schilling, Jesse's attorney, informs People that Lindemulder must undergo inpatient rehabilitation if she chooses to relocate to Texas to be near her daughter. If she remains in California, she'll receive monitored visitations.

Schilling continues to say that "Jesse feels vindicated. This is what he's been claiming all along, that Janine needs therapy."

Lindemulder's attorney did not immediately respond to calls for comment.
