Maria Shriver, sister, Christina, and 13-year-old son, Christopher Schwarzenegger caused quite the stir Wednesday night (July 27) when they showed up at Spago in Beverly Hills to dine with the Queen of Daytime TV and one of Shriver’s BFFs, Oprah Winfrey.
The siting, just days after Christopher was released from the ICU following a horrific boogie boarding accident, fueled speculation that Maria would be heading to OWN soon. A source tells Radar Online that Winfrey is eager to have Shriver join the network, but no plans were discussed at dinner.
The two seem to be developing a pattern of being seen together after tough times. It was during Oprah’s farewell show that Shriver made her first public appearance after news broke that Arnold Schwarzenegger had fathered a child with one of the family’s housekeepers during their marriage.
Seemingly doing well since his hospitalization, Christopher briefly spoke to paparazzi outside the restaurant, telling them, “Yeah, I’m okay.”View Slideshow »»
