Kimora Lee Simmons and husband Djimon Hounsou took their kids on a shopping expedition in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (August 16).
Djimon carried two-year-old Kenzo while Kimora held hands with daughters Ming, 11, and Aoki, 9. All the kids are growing up fast!
In a recent interview Kimora talked about the possibility of her kids deciding to follow in her high-heeled footsteps into the world of fashion. “I’m in a place where I could watch my kids and I can support them and I can go along with them or certainly make sure they’re looked after," she said. “I want them to be responsible and mature enough to handle what comes along with that so that it doesn’t affect them."
The fashion mogul had some straight-forward advice for choosing your path in life. “It’s about loving yourself and chasing your passions."

Interesting how nobody goes off on the NATURAL state of the children's hair. I guess only the know it all's only have an issue when the parents of the children are not black! Anyone?
Wow, now those are three gorgeous children!! I really wish I could steal some of those natural curls, too. Sigh, stick-straight hair is over-rated.
I saw Kimora, Ming, and Kenzo in a CVS about a month ago. I was standing (though not immediately) behind them in line. Kimora and the kids were dressed down, WAY down, so I didn't even recognize them, at first. Then, Kenzo started crying, a LOT, so I began to focus on them out of sheer boredom. It was then that I realized who they were. Kimora's being much thinner and wearing sunglasses indoors and Ming's being so tall and a little chubby threw me off at first. I believe I was the ONLY person in the store who realized who they were. Dressing down really works!
