Robert Downey Jr. & Wife Expecting Baby No. 1!

Big news for Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. this morning! Star magazine is reporting that he and his film producer wife, Susan Downey, are expecting their first child together!

In an exclusive interview, Susan’s aunt, Nancy Miller, tells the publication: “I think it’s wonderful that she’s pregnant.”

“The baby is due in February,” she adds. “Susan’s father, my brother, called me about three weeks ago with the good news. Her parents are over the moon about it.”

While this is baby no. 1 for Susan, the 46-year-old Sherlock Holmes actor has an 18-year-old son, Indio, from his 12-year marriage to Deborah Falconer.

It also looks at though the expectant daddy's premonition from last fall is coming true! In October 2010, Robert told Playboy magazine that he could see himself “wrist-deep in doo-doo within 18 months”. He also spoke about his desire for a daughter:

I think we should probably try to have a girl because I don’t want another male entity to have to compete; I don’t want Indio to feel there’s another boy in my life.

Only time will tell! Congrats to the happy couple.
