Actress Rebecca Gayheart and daughter, Billie Beatrice, 1, were spotted strolling through the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills, California today (September 7). The pair, joined by their nanny, also stopped at the food court and enjoyed a snack before heading back to the stores.
Gayheart, currently pregnant with her second child, is reportedly having some marital problems with hubby Eric Dane.
Shortly after announcing their pregnancy, Dane went to rehab to address an addiction to prescription pain killers before the birth of the new baby, but according to an inside source, “the marriage is not working out.”
“Rebecca is trying to hold it all together as she deals with her pregnancy,” the source tells Life & Style. “But right now, she feels it’s better if she’s alone.”

Wow Eric needs to grow up and be a man and a father. I hate reading about these selfish men who aren’t there for their families. Whatever his problem is he needs to suck it up and think of his babies. Poor woman.
He is ‘sucking it up’, he is seeking help for a problem. Better to have a selfish clean father than one who could die from a habit he could have easily resolved before the child even born
Exactly. He’s going to rehab, and that’s the best he can do for his children. Addiction isn’t something that goes away overnight.
