It only sounds strange if you’ve never struggled to cram a car seat and tons of baby gear into a sedan, but most moms can totally relate to Sarah Jessica Parker‘s decision to get a “Mommymobile” (her words, not ours) to transport her tots – 8-year-old son James Wilkie and twin daughters Marion and Tabitha, 2.
“I sing along all day long as I’m driving my minivan, dropping the kids off,” the actress told Katie Couric in a recent Nightline interview.
Couric (another minivan lover), skeptical of the resident New Yorker’s claims asked, “You drive a minivan? Seriously?”
“Yes! Respect the van,” Parker quipped.
She’s one smart mama.
But the decision to lease the van rather than buy it; that was a suggestion from her own mother.
“I’m telling you, it’s the most wonderful car,” SJP gushed.
Hey, you don’t have to convince us!

Who knows? Who are we to know anything about SJP’s eggs?? It’s a well known fact that women with fertility problems above a certain age (around 40) use donor eggs, but the celebrities who did that all deny it. The children look like their father though.
