Sarah Michelle Gellar: From Kicking Butts To Wiping Butts

Sarah Michelle Gellar: From Kicking Butts To Wiping Butts

Slaying vampires seems to be a piece of cake compared to the daily challenges of motherhood for actress and first time mom Sarah Michelle Gellar.

The 34-year-old starlet of Buffy the Vampire Slayer sat down on NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and dished about the craziness of raising her 2-year-old cutie Charlotte with her hubby Freddie Prinze, Jr.

Sarah revealed to the Late Night host that although she truly loves being a mother, the job can be a whole lot harder – and messier – than slaying those pesky vampires on TV!

[Charlotte] has some issues with poop. I mean I also have some issues with poop, I’m not poop’s biggest fan. She does this thing, she likes to take her diaper off anyway she can at night. Like if she poops at all in her diaper, she doesn’t want it on anymore, which I kind of understand. I would not myself want to sit in a diaper full of poop.”

She continued to describe Charlotte’s dismay about wearing diapers and her duct taped attempts at keeping them on her darling daughter. Alas, it did not work.

“I come in the other morning and she’s like ‘Mama, Mama, poop in the bed.’ And I’m like ‘yeah, I see.’”

The grossest part described by Sarah was when Charlotte leaned over her soiled bed sheets, smells her mess and stated, “I think it’s hummus.”

The busy mom is starring in the new television thriller Ringer in which she stars as twin who – along with her sister – is hiding dark secrets.

Haha…I love Sarah. :) My friend also had trouble getting her kid to keep a diaper on at night. Perhaps it’s time to start thinking about potty training. :)

yeah if she doesn’t want it there she’s showing signs she is ready to potty train. When we were younger besides feety pj’s we had snap pj’s where you snap the pants to the shirt so little one can’t get into their pants! Why they stop making them?
