No Kids "Just Yet" For Jon Hamm & Jennifer Westfeldt

His friends have kids; including Mad Men co-star January Jones, who recently gave birth to a baby boy. But Jon Hamm and his longtime love Jennifer Westfeldt aren't ready for parenthood right now.

"It's always on the periphery of the discussion, but we do not have children," the Friends with Kids star tells The Hollywood Reporter.

"And I have a tremendous amount of respect for my friends who do balance this particular career with raising a kid," Hamm continues, "'cause it's a tricky environment to bring them into... So not for us just yet."

The 40-year-old actor met Westfeldt, 41, at the party of a mutual friend more than 14 years ago in L.A. According to Jon, the two started off as pals, and they've been dating ever since.

"She was involved with somebody, and I may have been involved as well," he explained. "Yeah, we were friends for a long time before we officially started dating -- and we've never gotten out of the 'dating' thing. We're still in it."

Last year, Hamm revealed that he and Jennifer weren't planning on marriage, as neither of them had "the greatest examples" of that in their families, but said, "Jen is the love of my life, and we've already been together four times longer than my parents were married."
