Two months after her daughter’s birth, Kimberly Stewart introduces Delilah to the world on the cover of the new issue of Hello! magazine. The new mom also shares a few details of her baby’s arrival, and reveals that dad Benicio Del Toro has been “very involved.”
Kimberly, whose dad is rocker Rod Stewart, says there was a full house at the hospital when it came time to deliver Delilah: “The whole family, including Benicio, was at the hospital and my mom and Benicio were in the delivery room with me.”
Though they’re no longer together, the 32-year-old shares that her ex is definitely a part of his daughter’s life, saying, “Benicio’s very involved; he and Delilah have a very special bond.”
It seems little Delilah, who is named after the Tom Jones song, takes after Daddy, too: “She definitely looks like her dad, but she has my legs and eye colour,” Kimberly says.
And though she’s just 2 months old, Delilah already has a playmate in grandpa Rod’s baby boy Aiden, who was born in February.
“Since they (Delilah and Aiden) are only six months apart, I am counting on them being best friends,” Kimberly gushes.

Yes I’ve read the full article I’ve always thought she wanted to get pregnant by someone famous hoping they will stay together as a couple at least Benicio was smart enough not to stay with her. It’s very difficult/hyprocrital for a parent to teach morals when you’ve lead shall we say a ‘colourful’ life lol. Although Benicio was born in Puerto Rico he is not Latino although he tends to be cast in these roles because of his accent, he is white (parents are Spanish/Italian) so Delilah will have ofcourse that colouring.
Oh yes, he’s “very involved” when it comes to conception and possibly childbirth. He’s just not very involved with the mother since those two events.
BDT had a fling with Kimberley and the only involvement he has with her now is because of Delilah nothing more. Men like BDT are not looking for commitment only sex (a smart man would’ve hired a call girl instead). He has said he is not good at monogamy. He really should’ve had a vasectomey years ago. He’s learning a very hard lesson (he never wanted kids – again read his interviews).
Delilah really looks like her dad. Hopefully she’ll look a bit more like mommy as time goes on.
Can someone please explain to me why everyone dislikes this woman so much? I barely know who she is, so I must have missed where she drove drunk, molested a child, or gave out meth as a halloween treat. What exactly has she done that’s made everyone so vicious?
Janna- I loved your comment and was thinking the same thing. People are so harsh. I think allot of people hate to see people with money who supposedly dont work for it (meaning kids of rich people- i.e Paris Hilton). But in reality we dont know how this woman makes her money and it is not her fault if her dad is Rod Stewart.
Anonymous@6:12 – why does the baby have to look Latino? First of all, Benicio is part Italian which only makes this baby about 1/4 Latino. But who cares? The bigger issue is, telling this kid how she was conceived and trying to explain morals/values to her when she gets older.

Benicio has recently been interviewed and mentions his daughter but not Kimberley and why? because he doesn’t need to he is a well known actor in his own right, he does not need her to keep himself relevant unlike Kimbo who is now only known as BDT’s babymomma. Just because people criticize does not make them jealous – do you expect everyone to have the same opinion? And not everyone is jealous of people who make money I for one admire those who work hard to earn it: Oprah, Steve Jobs (RIP), Bill Gates, Tina Fey and the countless other folk out there who get up everyday to earn money for themselves/family. I work with people who come from money and they CHOOSE not to live off their parents. Stop using Rod as the reason for how Kimberley and Sean have turned out they’ve had plenty of opportunity to do things with their lives. Benicio has an excellent work ethic and is very knowledgeable and I hope Delilah learns alot from him and his family.

I keep reading all these comments about Benicio Del Toro being ugly & that Delilah hopefully will not look like him. I think you people are nuts & blind. Benicio Del Toro is gorgeous. His face, his features, hair, body are perfect. I had the pleasure of seeing him twice when he was in NYC & believe me the man is extremely handsome & oh so sexy. He is also very polite & considerate of his fans & the paparazzi. The only hope baby Delilah has of being a normal, intelligent, beautiful human being is if she takes after her father completely.
Stop crucifying Mr. Del Toro, so he made a mistake. The mistake was getting involved with KS period. I’m sure he will be a good father. At least he comes from a good background.
