Rachel Zoe's Having "Too Much Fun" Dressing Baby Skylar

Rachel Zoe has styled some of the most famous names in Hollywood – from Jennifer Garner to Demi Moore – but her absolute favorite person to dress is her eight-month-old son, Skyler Morrison.

“It is too much fun. It is like dressing a live doll,” Zoe tells InStyle at the MOCA Annual Gala in Los Angeles. “He has no opinion.”

And it’s not just putting together his little outfits that Rachel goes bananas about, she also loves stocking his closet with the latest designer duds.

“Every minute I have to buy things for my son,” Zoe confesses.

We wonder how long it’ll be before Skylar starts to care about what – or who – he’s wearing!

Ooh, she gets under my skin. I can’t wait til he’s 3 and insists on wearing the same worn out t shirt, shorts and tennis shoes every day.

Hey Ms Zoe, it’s 2011, not 1967. It’s time you got a new look – the aging flower child look is getting real old.

Sorry but this little guy is not the least bit cute! He looks like a middle aged caddie! His mother looks like a dried up old apple!

This is the exact same picture that was posted the other day and nothing’s changed – Zoe is still a haggard looking old woman who desperately needs some food and some down to earth perspective on dressing her child.

Is this woman for real? So you get your kicks dressing him and playing dolls and then when he needs to be changed or is having a hissy fit, what do you do, hand him over to one of your minions?

Get a grip. Just because a person likes dressing their baby up doesn’t mean they’re a negligent parent who hands their child off to a nanny.

You’re telling me that you don’t know ANYONE who enjoys dressing their baby up? Please, fool, most women do. Get over yourself.

Agreed. If she’d had a girl, no one would be questioning her dressing him up (like Ali Landry with her daughter who is ALWAYS dressed to the nines). She’s having fun with his clothes. Why in heaven’s name would that bother anyone?!?!?

Janna, take a look at some of the other comments on this post that aren’t clothes-related, but are personal attacks on Ms. Zoe. Care to rebut any of THEM?

I think she seriously needs to consider enlisting a stylist for herself.

I loved dressing my kids. But eventually they get their own opinions and for the most part its over. Enjoy it while you can.

That poor baby’s jeans are so tight, it looks like she’d have to cut them off of him. Babies should be dressed comfortably, not stuffed into tight jeans and loafers. He’s 8 months old, for crying out loud.

What would anyone expect form an idiot who cried when she discovered she was having a boy. She wanted a doll to play dress up with. Her choosen career reveals her pathology.

What’s particularly shameful is the fact that she admitted this on tv — wonder what her son will think of that when he sees it — and he will see it.

whats important is a healthy baby but there are people who prefer a certain sex over the other…nothing wrong with that. It doesn’t necessarily mean the child will be loved any less.Gender disappointment is something that does happen though few people will admit this.
