More bad news for Amber Portwood.
Days after it was confirmed that the reality star’s ex beau, Gary Shirley has been granted custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Leah, new reports reveal that the Teen Mom‘s legal troubles are far from over, and she could be facing jail time in 2012.
Portwood’s many probation violations are detailed in a report dated November 21st, which outlines her alleged offenses since pleading guilty to domestic battery.
According to court documents obtained by E! News, on November 18, Amber “took substantial steps to the commission of the criminal offense(s) of Battery and Public Intoxication,” failed to obtain her GED, and skipped the six months of anger management classes she was ordered to complete.
It’s also revealed that Portwood was supposed to set up an IRS-qualified educational fund for Leah, with an initial deposit of $10,000, but never did.
So what does this mean for the Teen Mom?
If any of the violations mentioned in the report are proven true, Amber’s probation could be revoked, resulting in jail time. Portwood originally received a two-year suspended sentence in favor of two years of probation in June of 2011.
Her arraignment has been scheduled for January 13, 2012.
