Bruce Willis & Emma Heming Are Beverly Hills Buddies

Surrogates star Bruce Willis was spotted out and about today (December 29) in Beverly Hills, Calif. with his expectant wife Emma Heming.

It looks like the duo – who are expecting their first child together in spring of 2012 – were perusing the shops on Brighton Way, perhaps looking for some baby essentials?

Emma was dressed comfortably in a nautical colored striped tee that loosely fit around her baby bump, a cardigan and a pair of skinny jeans. Bruce also dressed casually for their day of shopping in a black long sleeved shirt, a pair of beige pants and some white running shoes.

Although Emma may be the apple of her husband’s eye, the famous father feels it is his duty to be there for his ex-wife Demi Moore after her troubled split from husband Ashton Kutcher.

“He’s explained to Emma that he needs to divide his time until Demi is a bit stronger,” a source reports. “Since they split he’s been Demi’s closest friend. He knows Emma’s feeling a bit neglected but he wants to make sure Demi gets herself together.”

“Bruce has been worried sick about Demi, both as his ex and the mother of his daughters,” another insider reveals. “He’s been in constant contact with her since the whole Ashton scandal broke. They’re talking several times a week and he’s told her to call if she needs him any time day or night.”

“Emma adores Demi and feels sorry for her,” the source adds. “but she feels Bruce is spending more time concentrating on his ex-wife than he is on her and their unborn child.”

Bruce was married to Demi Moore for nearly 13 years before they split in 2000. They co-parent their three daughters – Rumer 23, Scout, 20 and Tallulah, 17 – together.

Bruce and Emma were married in 2009.
