Hugh Jackman & Family Scoot To School

The family that scoots together, stays together.

X-Men alum Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness were snapped taking their 6-year-old daughter Ava to school on a chilly morning in New York City on Thursday (January 5).

Deborra looks like she’s a super fun mom as she raced around the streets on a scooter with her darling daughter. The gorgeous girls looked like they were having a blast together as Hugh walked the family pooch Dali. It was so cold this morning that even Dali was bundled up!

It looks like Hugh is taking a step back from playing the hairy mutant Wolverine in the X-Men series and is continuing to dabble in Broadway. The handsome actor will be starring as the famed illusionist Harry Houdini in the musical Houdini, scheduled to reach Broadway during the 2013-14 season.

Hugh’s current solitary, ten week Broadway concert show closed Sunday (January 1) at the Broadhurst Theater after earning more than $2 million in its final week. It was the highest weekly gross recorded by the Shubert Organization, a company which owns the Broadhurst and sixteen other Broadway theaters.

Way to go Hugh!

I love this family. I don’t care about the age difference or if some people think he too hot to be with this women. I think they truly look like the happiest family in hollywood. Always seem to be having fun and enjoying each other as a family (without the nannies)!!!

SMH- I totally agree they are very happy down to earth family. I love how the mom is just a big kid at heart. I have acutally never seen them with nannies at all. They may just have a babysitter since both kids are in school full time but of course it is just speculation. :)
