Jordan Bratman and Max were spotted going to a bookstore in Santa Monica, Calif. on Wednesday (January 4). The curly-haired 3 1/2-year-old wore an eye-catching shark t-shirt and walked a few steps ahead of his dad.
Earlier this week Max was seen with his mom Christina Aguilera in New Jersey. The Voice star had planted a kiss on her little guy while leaving a restaurant.
The 31-year-old once explained why she split from Bratman.
She said, “It got to a point where our life at home was reminding me of my own childhood. I will not have my son grow up in a tension-filled home.”

I wouldn’t exactly call him “curly haired”. His hair is just not combed but it’s not curly.
