She may be the daughter of the King of Pop and a budding Hollywood actress, but when it comes to her everyday life, Paris Jackson is like many other 13-year-old girls, spending time hanging out with her friends and sharing her thoughts via Twitter. For Paris, those thoughts range from guitars to girl power.
“#ShoutOutToTheGirlsThat are clean,” Jackson tweeted. “No smoking/drinking/stealing/etc.”
“#ShoutOutToTheGirlsThat can take care of themselves #independent,” the pre-teen later added.
Paris is becoming more and more independent herself these days. She was recently cast for a role in the upcoming fantasy film Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys, revealing that it was her late father, Michael Jackson, who inspired her to act.
“When I was really little my Dad was in the movie Moonwalker, and I knew he could sing really well, but I didn’t know he could act,” Jackson explained. “I saw that and I said, ‘Wow, I want to be just like him.’”
