Billy Ray Cyrus & Family Strike A Premiere Pose

Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife of nearly two decades, Leticia “Tish” Cyrus, walked the red carpet at Monday night’s Joyful Noise premiere with daughters Noah, 11, and Brandi, 24, at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood (January 9).

The 50-year-old country legend wore a brooding look as photogs snapped pics of he and his family.

The last year has been a trying one for the Cyrus clan. After teetering on the brink of divorce, Billy and Tish reconciled their marriage and celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary on December 28. Their daughter Miley was also caught up in drama surrounding a video in which she joked about smoking marijuana.

Joyful Noise stars Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton - once referred to as Miley Cyrus’ fairy godmother - as two choir members with differing opinions on how to win the national choir competition.

My God, Brandi looks like a drag queen.

I was thinking the same thing...that, or a clown. The hair and lip colours clash horribly and her smile is creepy. I've gotta say, Miley is by far the best looking child in that family.

Wow to let Noah dye her hair so young just wow, dose anybody know what color her hair is natural because when i Google her it shows 3 to 4 different colors from black, blond, brownette to red all starting from a very young age did they not learn anything from Miley growing up to fast. So happy that she got her head on straight now and so far didn't turn out like lindsay lohan.

I started dying my hair at 13 so I can't judge much but it seems as though that's the trend for parents to basically let their kids decide how they should look. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing but I just think kids grow up to fast these days esp. little girls.

I've seen pictures of Noah with dyed hair age the age of 8/9 which is really young and they let her bleach it to around the same age which is not good for her hair.

I'm all for letting kids decide how they should look as long as it age appropriate that how you let the be an individual without growing up to fast.

Newsflash -- It's not good for your hair at 18, or 28 or 38 either, yet people still do it.
