Jessica Alba gave birth to daughter Haven last August, and along with her little bundle of joy it looks like she got something else as well – some bling from husband Cash Warren.
“For my push gift, Cash gave me a really beautiful Hilary Tisch necklace. It’s edgy and really cool,” the actress said at a Golden Globes Awards party in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night (January 11).
The Machete actress – who also has three-year-old daughter Honor Marie with Cash – recently talked about how she got back into shape after giving birth to Haven. One thing on her side – not indulging as much while she was pregnant. “I didn’t gain as much weight with my second pregnancy, so I think that really made a big difference,” Jessica said. “I did pre-natal yoga up until the very end. I just made healthier choices. I started working out and not going too crazy, but I did what was safe and what the doctor approved.”

The idea of a “push present” turns me off, for some reason, so I’m going to comment on the picture. She’s a natural beauty, and I love her pretty hair and natural makeup. But with a dress like that, vamp it up a little bit! Smoky eyes and a high tight bun would take it where it wants to go.
I’ll never understand the whole push present thing – you’d think your baby would be the best push gift of all?! But each to their own
Push present = tacky.
I don’t get how people think this is tacky or greedy. If my wife delivers our child, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that I might be so overcome with gratitude and love, that I’d want to give her a gift.
IMHO, it’s only the name “push present” that is dumb.
would gestational gift sound better?
Push presents are revolting. Can you be any greedier? Seriously.
I agree with Anonymous @ 08:02 am; It is the name that makes it tacky. It is a lovely sentiment from the other parent.
I don’t get the whole “Push present” thing. Shouldn’t the baby be your gift?
