Got wheels, will travel. Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer were there to provide a helping hand as kids Ruby, 5, and Otis, 2, went for a spin at a park in Santa Monica, Calif. on Tuesday (January 17).

Tobey is starring in Baz Luhrmann's star-studded, high-budget telling of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel of the Jazz Age, and it's coming to a theater near you next Christmas – in 3D. Also starring in the highly-anticipated film: Tobey's good friend Leonardo DiCaprio, who plays Jay Gatsby.

Can they only afford 1 helmet? Just had to say it...ya know..multi millionairs and all!!!! I don't get some people....

Do you not see the big box? It seems pretty obvious that they just bought the scooter.
Maybe Otis already has a helmet at home? Maybe they weren't planning on buying the scooter so they didn't bring it?
I would have done the same thing -- put the helmet on the little one who is new to the scooter and less stable. They were holding on to Ruby and going slow. She is fine
Just because you have a log of money doesnt mean you have to buy a new helmet every time you leave the house.

There's nothing wrong with "him" wearing a pink helmet. They keep his hair long like a girl and he likes dressing up in tu tu's.
