Queen Latifah: "I'd Love To Be A Mom"

As a recent guest on The Wendy Williams Show, actress Queen Latifah laments how much she wants to be a mom.

"Honestly, if God's willing, it will work out," the Joyful Noise star responds when asked if she wants to me a mom. "However it's supposed to work out and that's the plan."

"It's kind of funny because sometimes we forget, hey, ten fingers, ten toes, good pregnancy, good birth, everything worked out," she continues. "Mama's healthy, baby's healthy and sometimes we get caught up in the fanfare of it all."

'I'd love to be a mom. But how that works out exactly, I cannot say."

Queen Latifah has also mentioned that she would like to adopt a child one day.

“I would like to [adopt.]. Why not? You know, why not?" she says. "I'm definitely going to adopt - or have - a child. I've wanted to adopt since I was 17 or 18-years-old."
