Sandra Bullock & Louis: School Day Fun

One of our favorite hands-on moms Sandra Bullock was snapped picking up her precious little guy Louis - who turns two sometime this month - from preschool on Tuesday (January 17).

The Blind Side star looked cute in a cardigan and some shades as she toted little Louis across the parking lot to the car. The down-to-earth actress even stopped to chat with fellow parents and a student.

Although the A-list actress has been fairly quiet since filming The Blind Side in 2010, she will be back in action this week when her new flick Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close hits theaters this Friday.

Sandra plays a 9/11 widow and mother to Oskar, who suffers from Asperger’s syndrome. When Oskar's father - played by Tom Hanks - dies tragically in the terrorist attacks, Oskar wishes it was his mother that had died instead.

“The way that the story was told through the eyes of Oskar allowed me and so many people to grieve the event,” Sandra says.

“I think that’s what this story is: the allowance to talk about the events that have happened in your life and grieve,” she adds.

Be sure to check out Sandra's film Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in theaters Friday.
