Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out with her 2-year-old twin daughters Tabitha (stripes) and Loretta in New York City today (January 24). The trio enjoyed a warm winter’s day in Upper Manhattan.

We just reported that a SATC prequel – based on author Candace Bushnell’s novel the Carrie Diaries – has been slated for the CW. The series covers Carrie’s teenage years in the ’80s to her early days as a writer in New York.
