Congratulations to Jay DeMarcus and his wife, CMT presenter Allison DeMarcus!
The couple will welcome their second child this summer. The Rascal Flatts bassist announced the happy news Wednesday via Twitter. "Alright y'all, Ali and I have baby number two on the way!!," the proud papa wrote. "Huge surprise but we're very excited!!"
The new addition will join big sister Madeline Leigh, 13 months.

Congratulations to them! I love Rascal Flatts.
i always find it amusing when people say how surprised they are to find out they're pregnant.. if you are actively trying NOT to get preg (using BC, etc), then i can understand the surprise.. but if no BC is in place, come on people! it's sciene! ;-)
