Kids say the darndest things!

Mom-of-three Tori Spelling recently shared a mommy moment on her website ediTORIal. As it turns out, the reality TV star hasn't returned to her regular workout routine, and her 4-year-old son Liam pointed out the "harsh" truth.

"Last weekend Liam had some observations about my footwear," Tori writes.

"Mama what the heck are you wearing on your feet?," Liam asks. "Those are tennis shoes. I've never seen you wear those. You only wear regular shoes."

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum 'fesses up...it's been awhile!

He's correct," she admits. "The harsh realization that my 4-year-old is inadvertently pointing out that I haven't worked out in years. Oh well, ya gotta start someplace."

In conclusion, Tori asks for your help. "How do you busy mamas squeeze workouts into your crazy schedules?," she asks.
