Singer/reality TV star/entrepreneur Jessica Simpson has hinted that her baby-on-the way is a girl. And now, we might have some evidence that Jess is getting set to welcome a daughter!
The 32-year-old mom-to-be was recently spotted shopping in L.A.'s Bel Bambini boutique to pick out clothing and accessories for her little one – and one observer noticed she was picking out pink items.
"Jessica and her mom [Tina Simpson] spent over an hour at the store," a source tells PEOPLE. "She took her time picking out the perfect baby items."
Among the purchases made by Simpson - whose new NBC show Fashion Star premieres March 13 - were pink baby clothes, a Moses basket, and "other adorable baby items," the source adds.
"She seems beyond happy about becoming a mom," the source continues. "She says she can't wait to meet the baby."
Jess and her fiancé, NFL star Eric Johnson, are set to welcome their first child within weeks.

@Anonymous it's probably perrier water not that having one soda a day is dangerous at her point in pregnancy about 7.5 months. a monthers instinct on the sex of their child is usually correct and Jessica had said in december she thought she was having a girl so if she is her instinct was right

she's said many times that they're waiting to find out the sex of the baby until it's born...
I predict she will never lose that bag weight. She is enormous!
She is def having a girl, you can tell by how her weight is spread all over her body not just her belly, look at Hillary Duff (who is due around the same time with a boy) from the back she is the same, she is just all belly!
I am saying this as an expectant mom, who is all belly and having a boy! BTW my intution was a girl so its not always right!
There is no way she can blame that weight gain on a baby! She looks a mess.
