Michelle Williams: My Week With Matilda

My Week with Marilyn star Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda, 6, were seen leaving a play gym in Studio City, Calif. on Monday (February 27). The night before, we saw the Oscar-nominated actress looking glam on the red carpet at the Academy Awards.

The 31-year-old actress was up for the Best Actress award. Michelle attended Hollywood’s biggest night with BFF Busy Philipps, who said their daughters helped them get ready for their fabulous girls’ night out.

“Both of our daughters will be around, that’s always a little chaotic,” said the Cougar Town star, who is mom to Birdie. “The little girls like to see their moms get dressed up and then they don’t want us to leave.”

While the pair were off rubbing elbows with some of Hollywood’s brightest stars, Birdie and Matilda had a party of their own at home.

“Matilda’s got all her family with her and my daughter will be with them and my husband,” Busy said. “So I think they’re going to be together. We’ll have them have a little playdate. So cute.”

Matilda’s father is Michelle’s ex, the late Heath Ledger.
