Jessica Alba, Christopher Gavigan & Jessica Capshaw: Promoting The Honest Company

Mom-of-two Jessica Alba says there are many invisible household risks that most parents aren’t aware of, and after reading Christopher Gavigan’s book, Healthy Child Healthy World, she became inspired to create the Honest Company. Big City Moms and TheBump.com threw the 11th annual Biggest Baby Shower in Los Angeles on Tuesday (February 28) and Jessica attended, alongside Christopher and his expectant wife, Grey’s Anatomy star Jessica Capshaw, to promote their new company.

It is always great to engage with new and expectant moms, to see their excitement when they see our stylish eco products, and to get the essential feedback we thrive on with our new brand – Honest.com,” Jessica shared with Celebrity Baby Scoop. “It was a super event, and we certainly look forward to working with the Big City Moms again!”

Christopher Gavigan, dad-of-two and founder of Healthy Child Healthy World, said the event was the “best” ever.

Not only the biggest, but the best Baby Shower event!,” Christopher told Celebrity Baby Scoop. “I was very impressed with the overall quality of the experience – from the educational speakers and product vendors to the overall production and good vibes in the room. There were so many happy mommas and bouncing babies in their bellies. Many thanks to Risa, Leslie, and the Big City Mom’s team for including The Honest Company / Honest.com.”

Not only did we get our first glimpse of Jessica Capshaw‘s baby bump, we also saw celebrity moms Ali Landry, Tiffany Thiessen and Soleil Moon Frye.

And we caught up with Bill Horn and Scout Masterson – a.k.a. The Guncles – who shared their positive comments about the event.

We were excited to see Jessica Capshaw and her gorgeous baby bump!,” the reality TV dads told Celebrity Baby Scoop. “She really knows how to pull together a chic look – and looked stunning!”

The Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood stars said it was an event to remember.

“Big City Moms threw a fabulous baby shower event,” they said. “We’ve heard great things about their New York City events and were excited for them to bring that concept here to Los Angeles. We’ve never seem so many pregnant women under one roof!”

And who doesn’t love to see the latest must-haves!

We were thrilled when Big City Moms, Risa & Leslie asked us to do a presentation of our Top 10 “Must Have” favorite baby products,” they said. “It was a lot of fun to share our insight on the products we use with our daughter Simone with the future parents attending”.

TheBump.com was thrilled to team up with Big City Moms again (and for the first time in LA!) for a fabulous event that no mom-to-be should miss out on,” said Carley Roney, editor-in-chief of TheBump.com. “From providing must-know tips and advice from the experts to giving the opportunity to test out the best products on the market, The Biggest Baby Shower armed moms-to-be with premier information and resources to tackle motherhood.”

Um this company won’t last 2 years…..who’s going to buy this stuff outside of Hollywood and maybe a few who idolize them?
She is a prime example of why your children should go to college. She tries to sound so smart, but she ends up sounding ridiculous.
