Hilary Duff: Hapai In Hawaii

Hilary Duff: Hapai In Hawaii

It seems expectant singer Hilary Duff is getting some compliments on her recent Twitter profile pic!

The 24-year-old Disney darling – who is expecting a little boy this month with her retired NHL hubby Mike Comrie – posted a happy and hapai (which means ‘pregnant’ in Hawaiian) picture of herself in the tropical state of Hawaii.

In response to the positive feedback she is receiving, Hilary tweeted, “Thank you! Mikey took it of me in Hawaii :)”

The star recently filmed a spoof commercial for a pseudo hair removal product called NoGrowActiv. In the comical skit, the actress opens up about all the unwanted hair she has been growing as a result of her pregnancy hormones, comparing herself to a Yeti – and Robin Williams!

Should she really be flying such a long flight in her last month of pregnancy??

I’m sure her doctor wouldn’t have told her she could go if it wasn’t okay for her and the baby. This article also doesn’t say when it was, it could have been a month ago.

A flight from California to Hawaii is only 5 hours! That’s hardly “such a long flight”. I’m sure she got the okay from her doctor to go. Geez.

I don’t think it’s the time so much as the change in air pressure that concerns people, but I agree, do the internet police need to second guess everything everyone does?
