Ben Affleck’s Tiny Dancer

Ben Affleck's Tiny Dancer

A bearded Ben Affleck was photographed picking up his 6-year-old daughter Violet from ballet class in Santa Monica, Calif. on Saturday (March 10). The doting daddy was seen the day before picking up his elder daughter from karate class.

The Academy Award-winner has taken over the some of the parenting duties from his wife Jennifer Garner since the arrival of their son Samuel on February 27. Jen is also busy at home with their 3-year old daughter Seraphina.

Grandma and grandpa Garner recently chatted about their newest grandchild.

“We’re just tremendously excited about it,” Bill Garner said. “We weren’t sure we were going to have any more grandkids. The baby’s healthy, Jennifer’s healthy, the family’s all excited.”

Bill also shared his excitement about Jen and Ben using “Garner” as the lad’s middle name. “It’s the only chance we have of extending the family name,” he said.

Bill and Pat Garner have three daughters. Melissa, their oldest, lives in Boston, and Susanna, their youngest child, lives in Charleston. Jen’s the middle child!

Melissa has two sons, Jack, 10, and Griffin, 7. Susanna has a daughter, Emma, 8, and a son, Alex, 5.

Of course he is tired. He has three kids (one a newborn) and is probably still doing post production on Argo. It’s like all the other articles that have been posted of Jennifer out today remarking that she is wearing baggy clothes. Shocking parents of a new born look tired and mom isn’t out in form fitting clothes less than 2 weeks after birth!

Ben looks like if only he could be left alone to enjoy this time with his little princess how much happier he would be. Good luck Ben and bless you and your gorgeous family. You and Jennifer seem to be doing a great job living and working in Hollywood and but staying true to your humble beginnings. Love how both of you work at making a difference in the world while raising happy well adjusted children …….and yet being successful as your careers. Stay the course.
