Violet Affleck: Karate Girl

Violet Affleck: Karate Girl

Violet Affleck showed up to karate class with her nanny in Santa Monica, Calif. (March 15). The 6-year-old had her hands full as she carried a tote bag and a book.

After class she looked refreshed – even changing her outfit to a striped dress.

Jennifer Garner – who gave birth to their third child Samuel three weeks ago – has talked about how busy she is now with three children.

She said, “I live my life at these two extremes. I’m either a full-time stay-at-home mom or a full-time actress.”

Beautiful child who appears to be kind and graceful. Hopefully, her parents have raised her to be kind and not to insult little children on the Internet.

What’s with all of the hate towards a 6 year old child? I guess it makes you feel better to make fun of a little girl. You’re not even brave enough to put your name with your comment.

I think the person who made those comments is an awful, hateful person, but please stop with the stupid “You’re not even brave enough to put your name” comments. Everyone here is anonymous, including you. This site does not require any sort of authentication and doesn’t even require the use of a consistent login. The name “Nina D.” is meaningless, as are all other “names” people use here – they no more provides any clue to your real identity than someone who uses “Anonymous”. Using a “name” does not make you any better than someone who doesn’t.

What nasty comments. You sound like a real loser in life saying for no reason at all, except to be mean, comments like that about a little girl. Violet is adorable and a sweet child.

Why were the paps allowed in so close? Pretty sure the parents wouldn’t have allowed that.

I’m really disgusted by the comments I see on here sometimes. Were you so beautiful, amazing, and graceful every moment of YOUR childhod? Do you really feel it is necessary to criticize even a milli-second of this little girl’s life? She is a child and you are an adult. If you can’t say anything nice then keep it to your own negative self.

How is anyone being mean to her? Are the comments directed at her personally? Can she see or hear the comments. The answer is NO! Why don’t you people all take a chill pill.

Yes they are directed at her personally. They’re not saying mean things about all children, they’re saying them about her specifically. And newsflash – anyone can read this site. It’s open to the public. So there’s a very good chance she could see them or someone who cares about her, like her parents, could see them. And in any case, it’s the bullying, hateful attitude that matters. If someone made a racist comment, would that be okay with you, even if the target would never actually see it? I would hope you would not let a racist comment pass without saying something, just like some of us will not let a bullying comment pass without saying something. It’s irrelevant whether the actual target will ever see it. Saying mean, hateful things about a child (or about anyone, really) is unacceptable in a civilized society.

I agree. If anyone wonders why civilized society has gone to h in a hand basket, all they have to do is read sites like this. It’s perverted and disgusting, bullying is the right term for it. It doesn’t have to be “said out loud” or physical to be bullying, this is cyber-bullying. Nasty

I agree it’s rude and mean to write negatively about a kid, however I don’t think commente should filtred. Freedom is part of the constitution and we can’t forget specifically when it comes to the Internet!

Did anyone call for comment moderation by the site? I don’t see that anywhere. However, freedom of speech does not mean freedom from criticism or consequences. You may have the right to say rude, mean, hateful things, but if you say such things, everyone else has the same right to to call you out for what a horrible person you are.
